Melanie Pascual comes to Coleman with sound administrative and organizational expertise as well as an impressive policy background in our issue areas. Melanie has a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University where she concentrated in Human Services, Labor and Education. She also worked at the UCLA Community Programs Office where she was able to deepen her commitment to social justice and to value the importance of cultivating an empowering work environment dedicated to leadership development, integrity, and a holistic view of student and parent experience.
