Chelsea Boilard has been working with and for the children and youth of San Francisco for over 10 years. Born and raised in the city, Chelsea has extensive experience in the areas of recreation, youth organizing, youth employment, political education, and youth/young adult leadership development and skill-building. This is more of a homecoming for Chelsea; she worked for Coleman Advocates’ Y-MAC project as an AmeriCorps Member years ago. Chelsea is also excited and absolutely committed to working with the Family Budget Coalition in ensuring that San Francisco’s children, youth and families have equitable access to needed services and opportunities.
