Rosario Ramirez was a former PAY parent leader for three years before becoming a Coleman Staff member. Rosario has previous work experience in parent organizing and school case management. She is a member of the School Site Council and the English Learners Advisory Council at Buena Vista Elementatry School. She was formerly a First 5 Grantee, a participant of CARECEN's Parent Empowerment Program, a member of the SFUSD's Parent Advisory Council and a member of the SFUSD Bilingual Dept.'s Bilingual Council. Her goal is to be able to raise her daughter in San Francisco and provide her with a quality education and many opportunities for the future.
